• The HW sampling needle is a probe with a tungsten rod tip with a diameter of 0.5mm and a length of approximately 35mm/13mm, processed into probes with different curvature radii. It has a long transition section and a tip diameter controlled at 20 μ m at a tip of 200 μ m. It is widely used in FIB sampling and has a longer service life.
